These conditions establish the rights and obligations of all Vania users related to the products and services we offer through our website www.intimavania.com, belonging to Moda Intima Vania S.L., with CIF B-25223215 By using the website www.intimavania.com or placing an order through it, the customer is aware of being bound by these Conditions, by our Legal Notice, and by our Privacy Statement, so if you do not agree With the precepts set out in these documents, you should not make any order. These Conditions are subject to modifications without prior notice, so it is recommended to read them before placing each order.
Service availability
The items offered through this website are available only to our customers, customers who have purchased Vania products in the last two seasons. Our products are not sold to the end customer.
Orders
The fact of placing an order on www.intimavania.com is equivalent to the full and entire acceptance of the prices shown in the product sheet, the description of the products for sale, and the general conditions of sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded. Vania undertakes to be as precise and exact as possible in the description and representation of the products displayed in its online store, but according to our Legal Notice and due to the quantity and complexity of the products offered, the company does not accept any responsibility. due to misprints in its text, inaccurate photographs, or inadvertent price errors. The customer agrees to use the website www.intimavania.com only to make legally valid inquiries or orders. He also undertakes to provide us with a certain and correct email address, postal address, and/or other contact information, aware that we may use such information to contact him if necessary and that they will be treated following our Privacy Statement. If you do not provide us with the required information, we will not be able to place the order. The contract for the purchase of one or more products between Vania and the customer will be formalized only when we send the shipping confirmation. Only those products listed in the shipping confirmation will be the subject of the contract. Once the order has been placed, the customer cannot request an invoice in the name of a person or company other than the one listed in his customer account.
Shipping and handling
All orders placed on www.intimavania.com are sent from the company's warehouse in Poligono Mecanova parc 10-13 25191 Lleida. Shipments will be made through Seur's delivery service to the address indicated during the purchase. Estimated delivery periods for products in stock are 1-2 business days for mainland Spain and 2-3 business days for the Balearic Islands. Unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first business day after the order is placed. These delivery times are a rule, not a guarantee and if despite the best efforts of Vania and/or Seur's team some circumstances delay them, Vania does not accept any responsibility for the damages that the delay may cause. The current contract between Seur and Vania specifies a single collection per day of all the products prepared throughout the same, as opposed to an individualized collection of each of the orders that are made throughout the day. As soon as the courier company collects the customer's order, Seur will provide the customer with a tracking number so that, they can follow the status of the shipment. Shipping costs for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are free for the customer on orders over € 50. The cost for orders with an amount less than that amount for those same destinations is € 4.99. Shipping costs for the rest of Europe are free for the customer on orders over € 150. The cost for orders with an amount less than that amount for those same destinations is € 9.99.
Prices
Shipping costs depend on the destination of the order, the shipping option selected, and the amount of the order. The final price, including product cost, shipping costs, and applied taxes, will be reflected in the order form in a step before the formalization of the payment. Vania reserves the right to modify the sale prices that appear on www.intimavania.com at any time. Items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered. Vania reserves the right to cancel orders placed during the existence of a typographical error in the price or the description of the products. These orders will be fully reimbursed to the customer in the shortest time possible through the same means used to make the payment.
Payment Methods
Orders of less than 200 euros are charged to your usual account number in 30 days, and those of more than 200 euros to 60 days. Bank transfer within 30 days is also supported, IBAN: ES7621000203700200866227 SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX as well as payment by credit or debit card VISA and MASTERCARD and by BIZUM. In these last two options, the order will be valid once it has been authorized by your bank. Therefore, the charge will be made at the time of confirming the purchase, with a 4% discount for prompt payment.
